AJ works at the intersection of talent, product, and  teams with a  passion for leadership, innovation, and accelerating talent in organizations. With a diverse career spanning sales, support engineering, product design, and human resources at renowned companies like T-Mobile, Adecco, and HP Enterprise, AJ has been at the forefront of shaping corporate culture and leadership dynamics. Having held pivotal roles as a Global People & Talent Leader, she honed her strategic chops and operational expertise building teams and scaling organizations from startup to IPO and post-IPO scale. Her non-traditional background spans sales, product, customer experience and support engineering. Most recently she served as the Chaos Pilot and Global Head of Talent Experience at X, (formerly Google X). During her tenure at X, Alphabet's Innovation Lab, AJ led the Global Talent and Human Experience Design teams, driving forward transformative strategies for the future of work and  building moonshot teams. She also served as the lead singer for Google X's band Groove Factory.

Additionally, as CXO in Residence at A.Team, she brought her wealth of experience to advise and support startups in their growth journeys. Beyond her enterprise endeavors, AJ is an award-winning children's book author of Courage Takes Flight and A Kids Book About Teams, focusing on the future of work, reflecting her commitment to education and empowerment through initiatives like BrainCandy Labs and the Infuse Program Foundation. She is an advisor to a portfolio of startups working in Web 3.0, sustainable battery technologies, and companies shaping the future of work.
