Currently serving as the Chief People & Communications Officer at Paper, Q oversees public relations, internal and external communications, and the people team. Prior to Paper, Q made significant contributions as Airbnb's first global people ops leader, instrumental in navigating the company through hyper-growth, pandemic responses, IPO, and the future of work.

 

Notably, Q played a key role in incubating Airbnb's Digital Nomad program, later evolving into the Live & Work Anywhere initiative, positioning Airbnb as an industry leader. Beyond work, Q is an avid traveler and a supporter of emerging artists and filmmakers through personal endeavors like a record label and executive production roles for independent films.
